I drank my coffee/hot chocolate combo from my Cubs mug yesterday. Bad decision. They lost 3-1 last night. So today I’ll be drinking from my D-Backs mug, thus correctly altering the universe and the Cubbies will win tonight.

Bill Simmons is just plain frickin’ awesome. Every time I read one of his Page 2 articles, I literally laugh out loud. Quality sports humor in a nice balanced dose. Nothing too strong, nothing too weak. He’s juuuuust right!
